How we use inquiry data
We use inquiry data to reply to your request, prepare commercial follow-up, check product availability, arrange sample plans, and keep reasonable B2B records. We do not collect payment card data and this website does not provide online checkout.
Sharing and storage
Inquiry messages may be handled by our email, hosting, security, and business operations providers where needed to answer you. If a Tuna OMS endpoint is configured, inquiries may also be forwarded internally for sales follow-up. We do not sell inquiry data.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your inquiry data where applicable by emailing info@vineleaves.co. Some trade records may need to be retained where required for legitimate business, legal, or compliance purposes.
